Abstract

A tanulmányban a nyelvi identitás fogalmának meghatározása után elemzem annak összetevőit, a beszélő nyelvi szocializációjában, kommunikációs kompetenciájában betöltött szerepét. A fogalom körbejárása után meghatározom a hivatali nyelvváltozatot, annak rétegeit, funkcióját. Hivatkozom a Nyelvtervezési Kutatóközpontnak a Nemzeti Adó- és Vámhivatallal 2019. szeptembere óta fennálló Közérthetően a hivatalban című tréningprogramjának a tapasztalataira. A nyelvi identitás és a hivatali nyelv bemutatása után egy esettanulmány keretében elemzem egy tipikus hivatalos dokumentum, egy végzés szerkezetét, kommunikációs, logikai, nyelvhasználati, terminológiai felépítését. Az elemzés eredménye, valamint a tréningtapasztalatok alapján következtetéseket vonok le arról, hogy a magyar hivatali nyelv mennyiben járul hozzá a magyar nyelvről alkotott általános, identitásmeghatározó képhez. In this study, after defining the concept of linguistic identity, I analyse its components, its role in the linguistic socialisation and the communicative competence of the speaker. After a survey of the concept, I define the leagal language variety, its layers and its function. I will refer to the experience of the training programme of the Research Centre for Language Planning of the Institute of Hungarian Research with the National Tax and Customs Administration, entitled “Clear Writing in the Administration”, which has been running since September 2019. After presenting the concepts of linguistic identity and legal language, I will analyse the structure, communication, logic, language use and terminology of a typical official document, an order, in the context of a case study. Based on the results of the analysis and the training experiences, I will draw conclusions on the contribution of the Hungarian legal language to the general identitydefining image of the Hungarian language.
