Abstract
Az esettanulmány első részében a közös önkormányzati hivatalok létrejöttének keletkezéstörténetét mutatja be a szerző alulnézetből, köztisztviselői szempontból. A szubjektív visszaemlékezést is tartalmazó leírás Dunaalmás és Neszmély községek közös hivatalválasztásának történetére alapozza álláspontját. A második részben értékeli a szerző az elmúlt évtizedben bekövetkezett változások hatását, következményeit. | In the first part of the case study, the author presents the history of the creation of the local governments’ common municipal offices from a bottom-up, civil servant’s perspective. The description, which includes subjective reminiscences, is based on the history of the election of the local governments’ common municipal office in the municipalities of Dunaalmás and Neszmély. In the second part, the author assesses the impact and consequences of the changes that have taken place over the past decade.
