Abstract

A tanulmány bemutatja az Evangélikus Hittudományi Egyetem újonnan indított Mentorlelkész és hivatásgondozás szakirányú továbbképzésének célját, tematikus és módszertani kérdéseit és hallgatói visszajelzések alapján érzékelhető hatását. A képzés a mentorálás és hivatásgondozás gyakorlati, spirituális és szakmai aspektusain keresztül kínál támogatást lelkészek számára, hangsúlyozva a kísérés, az önreflexió és az elhívástudat megújításának fontosságát. A résztvevők kiemelik a tanultak alkalmazhatóságát a lelkészi szolgálatban, a közösségi tanulás jelentőségét, valamint a szolgálati identitás megerősödését. | The study presents the aims, thematic and methodological questions, and perceived impact – based on participant feedback – of the newly launched Mentoring Pastor and Vocational Care postgraduate training program at the Lutheran Theological University. The program offers support for pastors through practical, spiritual, and professional aspects of mentoring and vocational care, emphasizing the importance of accompaniment, self-reflection, and the renewal of vocational calling. Participants highlight the applicability of the training to pastoral ministry, the value of learning within a community, and the strengthening of pastoral identity.
