Початок малого прикордонного руху на радянсько-угорському кордоні датується кінцем 1980-х років, хоча він має довгу історію. У статті описано переговори між двома країнами, а також складнощі цього процесу на основі матеріалів Угорського національного архіву. | The beginning of small border traffic on the Soviet-Hungarian border dates back to the late 1980s, although it has a long history. The article describes the negotiations between the two countries, as well as the complexities of this process, based on materials from the Hungarian National Archives.
