Abstract
Connected to the previous special issue in this journal, which featured work from a comparative, constitutional-law-focused interdisciplinary research project on legal approaches to operationalizing race, nationality, and ethnicity, inspired by the lack of legal certainty and inadequate legal definitions, this introduction provides a contextual overview of the articles within the SI.
