Abstract

Bevezetés: Az intézkedéstaktika a rendészek igen összetett és minden más rendészeti ismeretet szintetizáló tevékenysége. Ennek oktatása kiemelt figyelmet igényel, azonban az oktatói kompetenciák fejlesztése ezen a területen eddig háttérbe szorult.Célkitűzések: A dolgozat elsősorban a rendőrség, azon belül a Nemzeti Közszolgálati Egyetem Rendészettudományi Kar intézkedéstaktikai oktatásfeladatait vizsgálja, és ennek a munkakörnek a fejlesztésével kapcsolatban tesz javaslatokat, ám ezek a feladatok jelen vannak más rendészeti szervek intézkedéstaktikai képzésében is.Módszertan: A kutatás eredményei az intézkedéstaktika oktatói feladatokról szóló dokumentumok vizsgálata, egyéb hazai és külföldi szakirodalmak vizsgálata és a szerző ötéves oktatói tapasztalata alapján születtek meg.Eredmények: Megállapítom, hogy az intézkedéstaktika oktatását oktatói beosztásban lévő rendőrök végzik, és a beosztások betöltésekor az oktatói kompetenciák kevesebb figyelmet kapnak, mint a rendőri kompetenciák. Külön figyelmet fordítok a mesteroktatói munkakör elemzésére. Bemutatok egyes pedagógiai alapfogalmakat, köztük az oktatást és a kiképzést, és rámutatok a két fogalom tartalmi jegyei és ezeket a tevékenységeket végzők felkészítése közti különbségre. Bemutatom a kimeneti követelmények meghatározásának, valamint az oktatók pedagógiai képességeinek fejlesztésének jelentőségét. Rámutatok az oktatói kompetenciák növelésének lehetőségeire, valamint kiemelem az oktatók tevékenységükkel kapcsolatos felelősségét.Konklúzió: A vizsgálatok rámutattak, hogy az oktatói kompetenciák és a rendőr szakmai kompetenciák fejlesztését egymástól el kell választani, és az oktatói kompetenciák fejlesztésére a jelenleginél nagyobb hangsúlyt kell fektetni. | Introduction: Action tactics is a very complex activity of the police officers and it synthesises all other police knowledge. Special attention should be paid to its education, however, the development of teaching competencies in this area has been relegated to the background so far. Objectives: In my thesis, I primarily examine the tasks of the police, and within that, especially the Faculty of Law Enforcement of the Ludovika University of Public Service, as a teacher of action tactics, and I make suggestions regarding the development of this job, but these tasks are also present in the tactical training of other law enforcement agencies. Methodology: My findings are based on the examination of documents on the tasks of the action tactics teachers, on the examination of other Hungarian and foreign literature, and on my own experiences in five years of teaching. Conclusion: I conclude that the training of action tactics is carried out by police officers in teacher positions, and when filling these positions, teacher competencies receive less attention than police competencies. I pay special attention to the analysis of the master teacher job. I introduce some basic pedagogical concepts, including the definition of the words education and training, and point out the difference between the two. I introduce the importance of defining output requirements and developing the pedagogical skills of teachers. I point out the possibilities for increasing teacher competencies, and I highlight the responsibility of teachers for their activities. Results: In my thesis, I conclude that the development of teacher competencies and police professional competencies should be separated from each other, and that greater emphasis should be placed on the development of teacher competencies than is currently the case.
