Abstract

A ReflectMom önismereti, kapcsolatépítő, fejlesztő módszer célja egy önismereti játék kialakítása volt várandósok, kisgyermeket nevelő édesanyák és az őket támogató szakemberek részére. A Magyar Védőnők Szakmai Szövetsége által kiírt pályázatban részt vevő védőnők gyakorlatban alkalmazták a módszert egyéni és csoportos foglalkozások során. Tapasztalataikat az alábbi esettanulmányok ismertetésével mutatjuk be. Jelen publikációban öt esettanulmány kerül bemutatásra, melyek elkészítéséhez a résztvevők beleegyezésüket adták. A kiválasztott esetek azt igazolják, hogy a ReflectMom gyakorlatban jól alkalmazható módszer a gondozottakkal való mélyebb érzelmi kapcsolat kialakításában, a kommunikációs gátak feloldásában és az anyák önismeretének fejlesztésében. | The ReflectMom self-awareness, relationship-building and development method was a self-awareness game for expectant mothers, mothers with young children and professionals supporting them. Participating in a project organised by the Professional Association of Hungarian Health Visitors, the method was used in practice by the health visitors during individual and group sessions. Their experiences are presented in the following five case studies presented in this paper. Participants gave their consent for the preparation of the case studies. The case studies presented demonstrate that ReflectMom is a practical method for developing a deeper emotional connection with caregivers and for breaking down communication barriers to develop mothers’ self-awareness.
