Abstract

Jelen tanulmány az MABC-2 Checklist egyezésen alapuló érvényességvizsgálatát, továbbá tipikusan fejlődő, tankötelessé váló gyermekek mozgásos állapotfelmérését, az iskolaérettség pszichoszomatikus, pszichomotoros kritériumainak vizsgálatát tűzte ki célul. Ehhez 73 fő 5–7 éves óvodás gyermek antropometriai és mozgásvizsgálatát végeztük el 3 óvodai csoportban, továbbá 6 óvodapedagógus értékelte a 73 gyermek mozgásállapotát az MABC-2 Checklist magyarra fordított változatával. Eredményeink alapján elmondható, hogy tipikus fejlődésmenet mellett a gyermekek 43.8%-ánál találtunk eltérést a mozgáskészségekben (megtartott csecsemőkori reflexek, egyensúlyi problémák, nagymozgásos nehézségek), míg az iskolaérettség antropometriai jellemzőit figyelembe véve a gyermekek testsúlya meghaladta a kívánt testtömeget, amit a mozgásszegény életmód is magyarázhat. Az elvégzett motoros tesztek és az óvodapedagógusok által, az MABC-2 Checklisttel értékelt mozgásállapotok 81,2%-ban megegyeztek, vagyis az MABC-2 Checklist egyezésen alapuló érvényessége beigazolódott. ----- The present study aimed to examine the validity of the MABC-2 Checklist and to assess the motor status of typically developing children who are ready for school, and to examine the psychosomatic and psychomotor criteria for school readiness. For this purpose, seventy-three 5-7 years old preschool children in 3 kindergarten groups were anthropometrically and locomotor tested, and 6 kindergarten teachers assessed the locomotor status of the 73 children using the MABC-2 Checklist translated into Hungarian. Our results showed that, in a typical developmental pattern, 43.8% of children had abnormalities in motor skills (retained infant reflexes, balance problems, large movement difficulties), and that, taking into account the anthropometric characteristics of school readiness, the children’s body weight exceeded the desired body weight, which could be explained by a sedentary lifestyle. The motor tests performed, and the movement states assessed by the kindergarten teachers using the MABC-2 Checklist were 81.2% identical, i.e. the validity of the MABC-2 Checklist was confirmed.
