Abstract
The Novo Brdo 2 & 3 social housing complex in Ljubljana offers nearly 500 units on a former clay quarry, featuring modular buildings and "Z" blocks to minimise noise. The project includes accessible housing, shared spaces, and public parklands, promoting local identity and transforming social housing into a vibrant urban community.
