Abstract

A kutatási program célja a matematikatanulás és a gondolkodásfejlődés szempontjából egyaránt meghatározó szerepű alapkészségek és -képességek feltárása, fejlődési folyamataik empirikus vizsgálata volt. A kutatás keretei között elvégeztük (1) a matematikai alapkészségek és -képességek, a matematikai kompetencia fogalmának és rendszerének szakirodalmi elemzését, (2) a matematikai alapképességek diagnosztikus értékelési módszereinek kidolgozását, (3) a matematikai alapkészségek és képességek fejlődési tendenciáinak feltárását, (4) a matematikai kompetencia összetevői, különösen a szövegesfeladat-megoldás fejlődésének vizsgálatát. | The aims of the research were: the study of basic mathematical skills and abilities that play important role both in mathematics learning and in the development of thinking, and the empirical investigation of their developmental tendencies. In the frames of the research, the following tasks were solved: (1) theoretical analysis of the concept and system of basic mathematical skills and abilities, (2) elaboration of methods for diagnostic assessment of basic mathematical abilities, (3) assessment of the developmental tendencies of basic mathematical skills and abilities, and (4) study of development of the components of mathematical competency, especially that of word problem solving.
