Abstract

Nyelvhasználati gyűjtőmunkám elsősorban egy átfogó ezredfordulós adatmentési céllal készült, másodsorban a regionális köznyelviség elméletének konkrét adatokkal történő vizsgálatához igyekeztem hozzájárulni. A magnetofonfölvételeket szegedi születésű lakosok körében végeztem. A fölvételek fél és egy óra közötti hosszúságúak. A gyűjtés és a részbeni lejegyzés majd három évig tartott. 87 nőtől és 88 férfitól van fölvételem, amelyeket digitalizáltam is. A részbeni statisztikai feldolgozás e kritériumok alapján történt, valamint a rétegzett mintavétel szegedi arányainak megfelelően, a felvételekből ezért Szeged lakosságának egy százalékát veszem figyelembe a feldolgozáskor. Terveztem kérdőíves gyűjtést is, de tapasztalataim miatt ez csak fele részben valósult meg; a kérdőíves adatok köznyelvinek bizonyultak. A fölvételeknek a fele van leírva köznyelven, harmaduknak kész a transzkripciója. Ez utóbbiak alapján írtam publikációimat, amelyek a helyi nyelvhasználatban megjelenő régiós kulcsjelenségeket vizsgálják. E munkáim 2006-ban jelennek meg. A kutatáshoz kapcsolódó munkáimban nemcsak Szeged ezredfordulós nyelvhasználatával foglalkozom, hanem a regionális köznyelv elméletével, egy valódi tájszó etimológiájával, a földrajzi nevekben érvényesülő regionalizmusokkal és az ifjúság nyelvével is. Eddig három csoport korpuszát elemeztem, a hosszú adatgyűjtés után a feldolgozást folytatni kívánom. | My fieldwork, collecting examples of language usage, firstly has been done with the purpose of archiving data from the turn of the millennium, and secondly to add to the theory of regional vernacular, by providing actual data.I have done my recordings among Szeged-born citizens. The length of the recordings is between half and one hour. The gathering and the partial recording took almost three years. I have recordings of 87 women and 88 men, which have been digitalized. The partly statistic processing has been done on the basis of these criteria, and further on, according to the Szeged proportion of the stratified sampling data, therefore I take into consideration one percent of the Szeged population, when processing. I planned to carry out a questionnaire survey as well, but the data deriving from the questionnaire proved to be vernacular, therefore the questionnaire is inappropriate for gathering regional vernacular. Half of the recordings have been written down in vernacular, the transcription of one third is ready. I have written my publications on the basis of the latter, which investigate the key regional phenomena appearing in local language usage. My works are going to be published in 2006. In my other works connected with my research, I have dealt not only with the language usage of Szeged at the turn of the millennium, but also with the theory of regional vernacular, with instances of regionalism in geographical names, and with the language of the youth.
