Abstract

A programidőszak alatti munka érdemben elősegítette a magyar társadalomtudományi-filozófiai kultúra, ezen belül a magyar felsőoktatás fejlődését. A megjelent publikációk az ország egyetemein tananyaggá váltak. A legkomplexebb feladat Platón számos művének újrafordítása, jagyzetelése és kommentálása volt., amire külön munkacsoportot hoztunk létre. E kutatói csoport nemzetközi mércével mérve is jelentős teljesítményeként jelentek meg a közleményekben feltüntetett Platón-szövegek. Elkészültek továbbá valláselméleti, valláströténeti művek (Tatár Gy.: A nagyon távoli város; M. Buber: Haszid történetek), irodalomelméleti munka (H. Weinrich: Léthé), a történeti tudományoikat reprezentáló kötetek (A. Gurevics: Az individuum a középkorban; R. Koselleck: Elmúlt jövő). Programunkat irodalmi-filozófiai szempontból klasszikus szövegek magyar feldolgozásával egészítettük ki (M. Proust: Albertine nincs többé; W. Benjamin: Egyirányú utca, Berlini gyermekkor). Valamennyi publikált munkánk elismerő fogadtatatásra talált, hazai és külföldi díjakat nyertünk el. | Our work during the project has substantially contributed to the progress of social science and philosophical cultutre, in particular higher education in these fields, in Hungary. The titles published in the program have become course materials. The most complex task accomplished has been the re-translated, annotated and commened edition of the texts of Plato mentioned in the Bulletin by a team of scholars specifically created for this purpose. Besides, we have published titles in the theory and history of religion (Tatár Gy.: A nagyon távoli város; M. Buber: Haszid történetek), literary theory (H. Weinrich: Léthé), historical sciences (A. Gurevics: Az individuum a középkorban; R. Koselleck: Elmúlt jövő). The program has been supplemented with Hungarian translations of literary and philosophical classics (M. Proust: Albertine; W. Benjamin: Egyirányú utca; Berlini gyermekkor). Each of our volumes have been favourably reviewed and some of them have won Hungarian and international awards.
