Abstract
Throughout its long history, it has always been its editors who guaranteed the high quality of the periodical Magyar Nyelv. As a student of his predecessor Loránd Benkő, Dezső Juhász has continued this tradition and has been responsible for the efficient and careful editorial work of the periodical for 40 years now. This anniversary is a reason to toast.
