Abstract

A Kormány nemzetstratégiai ágazatként tekint a sportra, társadalomtudományi vonatkozásban kiemelve az egészséges életmód fenntartásától az él-utánpótlás sport képzéséig. A stratégiai átalakulás sikeres lebonyolítása érdekében a 2011-es évben hatályba lépő Tao. törvényben a Kormány biztosította kezdetben öt, majd hat látvány-csapatsportág utánpótlás és amatőr sportolói rendszerének finanszírozását a társaságiadó-tömeg bevonásával. A Kormány 2019. december 12. napján elfogadta a sportakadémiákról szóló 303/2019. (XII. 12.) Kormányrendeletet, amely létrehozta az államilag elismert sportakadémiai rendszert. Az állami sportcélú támogatások felhasználásáról és elosztásáról szóló rendelet értelmében a Honvédelmi Minisztérium a Nemzeti Sportügynökség Nonprofit Zrt.-t lebonyolító szervként bízta meg. Sportszakmai feladatellátás alapján az állami sportakadémiák kapcsolatot tartanak a sportág országos szakszövetségével, biztosítják a sportoló versenyzési lehetőségeit, sportegészségügyi vizsgálatát, állapotfelmérést. Gondoskodnak a sportolók élettani és terhelésdiagnosztikai vizsgálatairól, részletes korosztályspecifikus sportszakmai programot dolgoznak ki és működtetnek. A TalentX AMS a sportakadémiák magyar nyelvű digitális feltöltési és adatrögzítési platformja, ahol minden sportolót, illetve csapatot érintő adat rögzítésre kerül az összes képzési, fejlesztési és rehabilitációs mérési tartalommal. A TalentX HUB célja, hogy az akadémiák egy objektív adatokon alapuló, biztonságos informatikai rendszerbe szervezett, és jogilag rendezett környezetben, adatokat cserélhessenek egymással a sporttudományos munka és a teljesítmény optimalizálás elősegítése érdekében, így a mérkőzések közös feltöltési platformja is egyben. | The Government regards sport as a national strategic sector, highlighting it in terms of social science from maintaining a healthy lifestyle to training young elite athletes. In order to successfully carry out the strategic transformation, the government implemented a tax in 2011, which ensured the financing of the junior and amateur sports system first of five, then six spectacle team sports with the involvement of the corporate tax crowd. On December 12, 2019, the Government adopted Decree No. 303/2019 on sports academies which established the state-recognized sports academy system. Pursuant to the decree on the use and distribution of state sports subsidies, the Ministry of Defense entrusted the National Sports Agency as the managing body. On the basis of professional task performance, the state sports academies maintain contact with the national professional association of the sport, as well as ensure the athlete’s competition opportunities, sports health examination, and health assessment. They take care of the athletes’ physiological and exercise diagnostic tests, develop and operate a detailed age-specific professional sports program. TalentX AMS is the Hungarian-language platform of digital uploading and data recording for sports academies, where all data in connection with all the training, development and rehabilitation, measurement content of athletes and teams are registered. The aim of the TalentX HUB is to help the academies to be able to exchange data with each other in order to promote sports science work and performance optimization in a secure IT system based on objective data, organized in a legally regulated environment, thus it is also a common uploading platform for matches.
