Abstract

A nemzetközi és a hazai múzeumi szcénában is erőteljesen érzékelhető napjainkban az igény a kritikai szemlélet érvényesítésére. Számos releváns kérdést vizsgálhatunk: milyen lesz a jövő múzeuma? Kiket fog szolgálni? Milyen formákat fog ölteni? Milyen igényeket fog kielégíteni, és hogyan? A módszertani folyamatok érzékelhetően formálják a muzeológia jellegét aktuálisan is szerves részeként a teljes múzeumi szférát jellemző átalakulásnak. Ez az átalakulás, mely a múzeumi világ szerepvállalását, mód szertani megújulását alapvetően módosítja, nemzetközi és hazai téren egyaránt érzékelhető. Elengedhetetlen, hogy a nemzetközi szakirodalom és a konkrét intézmények, szereplők, ágensek, fogalmak ismeretében és következetes alkalmazásával fogalmazzuk meg a néprajzi múzeumok tevékenységére vonatkozóan aktuális kérdéseinket és válaszainkat. | The need to adopt a critical perspective is becoming increasingly evident in the international and Hungarian museum scenes. A number of relevant questions arise, including: what will the museum of the future be like? Whom will museums serve? What form will they take, and how will they address the needs of their visitors? Methodological processes are shaping the current nature of museology as an integral part of the transformation characterizing the entire museum sphere. This transformation is fundamentally modifying the role and methodology of the museum world, and is clearly perceptible in both the international and domestic museum professions. It is essential that we formulate questions and answers that are currently valid for the activities of ethnographic museums based on precise knowledge of and consistent application of international literature, as well as specific institutions, actors, agents, and concepts.
